  • Pam showed me homes

Pam made the entire home buying experience a nightmare. First of all, we did most of the scouting for a house, told her what builder we liked and she took us to the subdivision. We saw the house we wanted and we went to discuss which options we wanted, since it was a new build. Pam told us when we went in that the flooring, cabinets and carpet had been picked and there was nothing we could change. That we wouldn't be expected to pay up front for that. When the builder's representative told us that we had to, Pam sat there saying NOTHING. Once we were under contract it became clear that Pam's loyalty lay with the builder's representative instead of us. If we had questions Pam would give answers that were hateful at times talking to us like we were ignorant Hillbillies buying a shack instead of a quarter of a million dollar home. Pam joined forces with the builder's representative and began to badger our mortgage company, refusing to listen to what they were telling her and sending the most ridiculous letters to Quicken loans, our Mortgage company, saying that if we didn't close earlier than the date we'd been given that the house would be finished, that my husband and I were being kicked out of our rental home and would be homeless. I would not recommend this woman to sell me a dog house
