Our home was listed at $1.5M plus. With her advice and the lower commission rate, we were able to adjust our sale price and sell the home quickly. Pam proved that she was very knowledgeable of reality with the sale of my home in West Bend. My house was previously listed in the spring with a different company for three months. There was minimal interest the entire time it was listed with that company. Pam had told me that due to the current market and comparable houses that sold in the West Bend area I needed to lower my asking price by $10,000. I did so and after there was a spike in interest. Within one month I had three offers on my house. I ended up accepting a full price offer. Pam was great with keeping me updated throughout the whole process all the way until the closing. I would recommend her to anyone in southeastern WI thinking about selling!
