"I was referred to Pam MacPherson through a family friend who was a recent client of Pam's, and I could not have hoped for a better experience.Pam is everything you are looking for in a realtor and MORE - professional, knowledgable, genuine, and a great negotiator! She helped me to formulate the proper questions to ask the property managers, and she was not afraid to push for further clarification. On several occasions Pam asserted that we get specific deals in writing to ensure that I would be getting what I was promised with each unit. This was a major help for me, as the unit I chose had a fabulous deal for an annual lease, and ultimately swayed my decision.After Pam assisted me with the decision and selection process, she proceeded to help me with the signing of my lease - double checking to make sure that everything was how it should be.Even after all of the paperwork was taken care of Pam continued to reach out to me. She drew up a floor plan for how best to layout my living space and sent links to furniture that I have purchased for the apartment.As you can see, I cannot say enough about the service that Pam MacPherson delivers. Five stars is not enough to rate our experience working with Pam. We contacted her for the sale of our home, and purchase of our new home and she quickly took over with her team and got the job done. Her team impressively had our home staged, photos complete and marketing done within a few short days. There were times we had to reach Pam early mornings and late evenings and she was always responsive and went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us feel 100% comfortable with our decisions. Pam is professional and a straight shooter in regards to numbers and strategy. We had a fantastic experience working with Pam and her team and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
