We had a wonderful experiance with Pam as our realtor! Once we were ready to place the home on the market Pam walked through and gave us some pointers. Pam's suggested pricing was quite a bit higher than we had anticipated, but we trusted her and went with it. She and her marketing team were amazing! The day the house was put on the market the listing appeard in several different areas. Within 6 days we had a cash offer and with quite a bit of negotiation, closed within 30 days of placing the house on the market at a price higher than we originally thought it whould be listed for. I understand that our situation was ideal and not what might be "typical" for selling a home, but it was because of Pam's knowledge, expertice and "get it done" attitued that this sale came together like it did. Pam really knows her end of the business and has a capable and tallented support staff behind her. I would not hesitate to refer Pam to anyone and would be happy to use her agian in the future

Pam was wonderful to work with! She helped us buy our first home 4 years ago, so when we were ready to sell and buy again of coarse we wanted her expertise to help guide us again. She was very helpful at getting our home ready and on the market. Our home sold rather quickly AND we got top dollar for it! She was extremely responsive, and quickly answered all of the questions I had. I am a detail person and she had no problem filling me in and making sure I fully understand everything. We first met Pam at the property we had for sale. She was punctual, friendly, very personable and had a manner about her which made us feel as if we had know her for some time. Pam outlined how she marketed listed properties and answered our questions without hesitation. She pointed out aspects of our house she would feature and how she would feature it on MLS. She was enthusiastic about being able to list our home. Pam also told us about herself and what being in the real estate market meant to her. Pam helped us through a very lengthy process of financing, even after we had qualified. She went to bat for us when we were trying to buy a house that the neighbors were ready to light a fire to! Everything needed to be upgraded, repaired or replaced in it. Pam gave us the name of a general contractor who worked with her before and he was great to work with! She made recommendations for all the details involved. Pam was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend her!
