Pam Ryan Anderson does it again! I have now sold 3 properties and purchased 4 with Pam as my realtor. My husband has very high standards and had never hired Pam as a realtor before. It was an absolute pleasure working with Pam Ryan Anderson, she took our direction and found us exactly what we were looking for.My family owns some 40 real-estate properties on the West Coast and we dont usually like working with agents for the fact that we know what we want and know how to negotiate deals.When we arrived in Florida I had no intention of working with an Agent until my friend told me that I HAD to at least walk in the door and shake Pams hand.I did, though skeptical at first, and she started showing me houses.
