In October of 2016, we decided to relocate to the east coast to be near our son and his family (grandchildren) and Martha's home state. We figured it would take approximately a year or two to accomplish our move after selling our home. That is until our realtor, Pam Cottrell, began preparations to sell our home. Once our home was listed , we received two full listed offers within seven days! After our initial meeting, it took approximately 3.5 weeks to ready our home for showing. The process began with a walk through of our home by a professional stager. Once all the recommendations were completed our home was listed and as earlier mentioned within seven days we had 2 offers; within two days we had a ratified contract.
