Pam Beitzel was a delight to work with. She responded quickly to my questions and was always cheerful and kind. The suggestions she made with regard to the house, such as replacing the carpeting in the bedrooms and repairing a crack on the kitchen counter, worked exceedingly well. The house was sold in 3 weeks!!! I highly recommend Pam and George.

Our experience working with Mindy was exceptional. We were looking for a condo in the Prescott area as a home for our son while he is attending college and then as a second home. We had a specific location and price in mind and Mindy found it for us. Her advice on our purchase was spot on! Since we live outside the Prescott area Mindy handled every aspect of the purchase without us having to make multiple trips to Prescott.

Pam was recommended by a friend. She and George made the process of selling my home as painless as possible. They got my house listed at a fair price and I accepted a full price offer within 2 weeks. The house was listed in early December, 2019, and closed escrow in early February, 2020 (the extended escrow was at my request). This was the most pleasant real estate experience I've ever had.
