Pamela Toner

Pamela was my realtor when I needed to sell my house during the downturn in the market in 2011. She is a wonderful realtor. She has great people skills, knows the Denver metro area very well, can facilitate even the most difficult of deals, follows up with paperwork and inspection issues, and is all around a true professional. I felt like she was in my corner during the entire process. She loves her work and it shows! I highly recommend her.

When she found one we contacted our good friend in Parker and had her meet up with Pam and look at the property. This became routine and Pam just started contacting our friend when she had a good looking property. To make a long story short, they found one in Castle Rock, and we bought it without seeing it. Pam also set up all the closing which we did in April by Email and did not have to come to Colorado until we actually moved in August. We are totally happy with the property, and Pam did a wonderful job for us in our absence.

Pamela was beyond incredible to work with. By my own admission I was a pretty difficult client as I went back and forth on what I wanted and for 1 YEAR she was patient and always took me to see things that she knew I would love. When I finally decided to take the plunge, we had perhaps one of the most difficult closings ever due to circumstances out of our control and Pamela handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. She was bold and aggressive when she needed to be and the sweetest person during every other interaction. I've recommended Pamela to several of my friends - two of whom have worked with her and now have their own beautiful homes - and will always call Pamela for any real estate needs. I'm blessed to call Pamela a friend and look forward to working with her again in the future.
