Hey Pamela,Finally the long waited testimonial...Pamela Winner is a definite winner when it comes to finding your desired home. Me and my wife were renting an apartment in the city of Cypress and our lease was coming to an end of our term (Oct 31, 2016). Rent prices were sky rocketing and we felt it's time to invest in a home. So in mid Sept 2016, we were fast forward into purchasing a home. We knew finding a ideal home at a short period of time was going to be challenging. Visited an open house where Pamela was hosting and we told her our situation. She did not hesitate and took on the challenge knowing she was confidant to find us a home of our liking. Note that we have only a month and a half to close on a home and move out of the apartment. Pamela was enthusiastic and willing to to make time to see as many houses we wanted. House after house and off hour times we viewed of houses to not find one to purchase yet. She made sure the house we were looking was the right one for us and not because we needed a home asap. Finally, me and my wife had a liking at a particular house in the City of Lakewood. It's not in the best of shape but Pamela made sure we got what was needed to make the house livable on our term. After a few negotiations with the listing agent, she got it to favor on our side and big smiles all around. Smooth sailing from there with closing of escrow and we got to move in a few days before October 31, 2016. Especially it was a seller market, we couldn't believe we got the home we wanted at a great purchasing value. Thanks To Pamela, me and my wife have a place call home. Best regards, Ling Te
