Wow! As an out of town buyer with no connections to the MN market, Pamela was a God send. We met her at an open house for one of her listings. When my wife and I were pulling away, we knew she was the one for us. Pamela is on her game and a wonderful person to deal with. Being from out of town and with limited time, Pamela stepped up to the plate to assist and took over with complete control of a stressful situation. Her knowledge of the industry is unmatched. Being that this was my 9th purchase, I have a bit of history with buying and selling homes. Pamela by far owns the easiest buy of a property. Her vast knowledge of the area and what the current market is helped. The trust level we gained was almost immediate. The friendship that formed during the process will definitely continue.
