More about Pat Gilbert
Real Estate Professional working for you 26 hours a day, 8 days a week since 2001!
I am well experienced in my market area (Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and South Walton counties) and specialize in residential real estate, buying and selling. My prior history was in the Atlanta Market and I have also worked in banking for 20 years.
It has been my goal to be a full service Real Estate Professional in all areas of Real Estate. I work with many first time home buyers and through my years of experience, have great relationships with my fellow agents, lenders, title companies and inspectors.
My expertise in real estate also includes foreclosures and investment properties. I work with both local and out of state investors who want to buy and hold properties for rentals or flip for a profit.
Whether your buying or selling, I look forward to assisting you with all your real estate needs.
