Patricia Lord

Pat Lord helped my husband and I buy our first home. She made the process very easy and explained everything to us as we went along. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family.

I wanted to interview at least 3 agents. Pat Lord was first to come and after talking to her I cancelled appointment's with the other agents, that's how compelling Pat's presentation was . She had a plan and she executed it perfectly. Our house sold slightly above asking piece but most importantly process was easy and whenever any question arose Pat was there to explain and to take care of it. If I would be selling or buying a house in Seattle area, she would always be my first choice.

Pat Lord is an incredible professional I would choose for myself and also recommend to family, friends and coworkers. I was fortunate to work with Pat over ten years ago and she has since helped family members and friends. She is our go to person for ANY of our real estate needs. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else!
