Patrice is as an experienced real estate professional and property manager for residential and commercial properties in the greater Tampa Bay area. A real estate agent since 2004, Patrice also worked as a financial planner’s assistant; an accountant; and a cost control supervisor of print production and broadcast for a New York ad agency. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from St. John’s University.
