Patricia Butcher

"I have sold many homes, condos over the years. When it came to selling my 82yr old mother's house, Pat was so great with talking to her in a slow manner my mother could understand. She was wonderful in keeping me updated as to showings and checking on the empty house. When it came to the offer after only two days on the market she kept me informed of all the details. Pat Butcher is a very experienced professional real estate agent. It was a pleasure working with her. Pat has been the best real estate agent I have ever worked with, as there have been many. You wont be disappointed by going with Pat."

"Pat is a pleasure to work with and a true professional. She provides valuable input during the time you need it, which enables you to make the best financial decisions. Pat answers your questions and concerns and her patience and knowledge is beyond that of realtor, but more resembling a friend. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Pat Butcher to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home, as well as seek her service in any of our future real estate transactions."

"I was a first time buyer and had a lot of questions, as well as nerves! Pat was always happy to help me and answer my questions. She guided us through the buying process with ease and honesty, and she really knew her stuff. Very professional. We plan on referring her to friends and using her again if we buy again in the future!"

"Pat has been my realtor for 20 years. We have bought, sold and leased 5 houses together. I trust her implicitly. Her professionalism, expertise, and candor make her a breeze to work with. Plus she is super fun! I would never buy or sell a house without her."
