I would like to share the incredible experience I had working with John and Pat LaDeur from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. The first thing that comes to mind is the PROFESSIONALISM that these two showed in every aspect of the sale of my home. They advised me every step of the way in order to prepare my property to be shown in the best way to attract the most traffic. They brought in an incredible photographer to show the home online, and were receptive to re-taking a photo that I felt didn't show a room as well as it could have been. They are the pro's but they LISTENED to me. I was so comfortable working with them because of this. Of course, most of the time I did as they advised, and let me tell you, it worked. Having the place only on the market for a few weeks, I received multiple offers and I was able to sell the property quickly, which John and Pat knew was important as I had already purchased a new home and this property was vacant and would cost me a mortgage payment every month. They were phenomenal in every way. They listened to what I needed in my particular situation and adjusted their strategy to my needs. I can not thank them enough for the incredible experience I had while selling my home, and if I had to do it all again, in a heartbeat I will go back to John and Pat.

John and Pat LaDeur we not only a wonderful honest realtor couple but they are also compassionate. They take the time to get to know what you like and don't try to rush you into the first home you show interest in. I highly recommend this duo for all your buying and selling needs.

John and Pat are a wonderful team, I highly recommend. They were very patient with my struggles in preparing to sell a home that had been wrecked by renters. They had helpful advice and went above and beyond other realtors I've used in the area helping me sell the home while I lived out of town. They were always on top of the ball when we needed anything, especially frequent contractor access in the beginning. If I ever move back to the area Pat and John are going to be my first call!

Lets just say that my perception of what a realtor will do for the client was thrown out on its ear. Pat did a wonderful job of listening to our needs and partnering with us throughout the renovation and Sale process. Cannot emphasize enough the combination of dead on advice about the marketplace and a dedication to do what was needed to get a quality offer on our home. Just a great partnering experience. Everything topic discussed was open and honest which produced the result we desired, a much needed quick sale of our home. A customer service level and dedication to the client that sets the bar for excellence. The sale of our home was not a slam dunk. From our initial meetings with Pat and John it was evident we needed to change our mindset about bringing the house up to date and provide as close to a turn key house as possible. Pat and Johns advice was dead on. The steps we took to makeover the kitchen and part of the main level transformed the house. Every detail was examined in terms of paint scheme, choice of flooring, kitchen countertops and all the hardware in the house (i.e. door and closet handles, kitchen sink, faucet and fixtures). Not a small task, a rather large project that was completed in an unbelievable 4-5 weeks. All scoped and discussed within our budget constraints (as we were challenged with two mortgage payments at the time). A number of our neighbors were amazed at the transformation, giving us a competitive home in our price range that stood out from the crowd. The signed offer came within 8 weeks of our house on the market, a fantastic result given that our home was previously on the market for six months with NO offers, then taken off the market during the Holidays and the time allotted for the rejuvenation. Just an unbelievable effort of not only selling the house but partnering with us to get our home in Sale shape. Simply a great customer experience all around. "
