Doesn't even have any professional courtesy to respond to realtors that send offers. Unprofessional. Rude. Realtors should at least respond with a counter offer or an email, otherwise what is the point of listing property for sale if listing agent doesn't try to negotiate prices with actual buyers offers. Absolutely unprofessional towards realtors buyers and sellers to ignore realtors offers without courtesy response.
