Pat was great, she was with us every step of the way from the first day we went to look at houses until our closing date. As first time home buyers this was extremely helpful. She was a constant in the process, always available for questions or advice when asked. She took the time to get to know us and what we wanted and were looking for in a house. She was always upbeat and focused on what was best for us. I'm very happy that we had Pat throughout this process and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who puts their buyers first.

We relocated to the Orlando from out of state. Pat worked with us to help us determine which suburb would beat for our lifestyle. She did a fantastic job listening to both my wants and needs as well as my husbands, which don't always coincide. Pat knows the market and various areas very well and was able to guide us to a location that met all of our wishes. The buying process went well and she was always responsive. Whenever things were a little touchy with the builder, pay always made it clear that she was there for us and fought on our behalf. Pat is very attuned to the market, builders and meeting her client's needs. I would not have changed a thing about my experience with her.

We valued her recommendations and patience as we went through looking for our dream home. She held our hand every step of the way. She is awesome at her job and treats her client with great respect.

TTT Realty spent several weeks with us before we purchased our home. We have known a lot of realtors over the years and have never come across such a professional and people oriented staff. Pat, Ben & Ixchel bent over backwards for us. They did the research to make sure we did not overpay. Any questions we had they answered. Since we were out of state when we purchased the home they did all the legwork for us. They went to all the inspections etc. They went the extra mile for us. We highly recommend them

Being out of state the process of finding a good/honest local realtor can be stressful. We found a townhouse we liked, put trust in Zillow, and clicked the button (have a realtor contact us). Pat reached out to use quickly, and you could tell over the phone she knew the area, knew her stuff, but more importantly, still has passion helping people find the best house. She asked great questions, and a couple weeks later, we went down there and Pat picked us up at the hotel. We found a single-family home for not much more, but a much better location for our needs. She was there the entire process, from finding the right house, advice, the walk-through, closing and even helped with a few things after the sell. We feel incredibly lucky having her, and would recommend to anyone that wants a highly helpful and involved realtor, Pat is the best
