I'm a 36 year old husband to Veraya, and father of Ramsy (6) and George (2). I grew up in Fort Collins, CO, and after being displaced to California after graduating college, it only took me 10 years to get back home. It was about 9 years later than I had hoped, but living in California really opened my eyes to what happens to quality of life, when living in a place that has ultra-high demand, and how the real estate market responds, adopts, and fluctuates.
