If you're looking for an agent, I'd HIGHLY recommend Patrick Hixson! I was concerned about finding an agent and did a lot of research before choosing him. He did the staging -I was apprehensive about staging but that's what really sold the house. He knew how to price it: fair & not too high. I had 5 offers, 1 was a cash offer, and I sold it for $19,000 over the asking price. He knows the area and is a really nice guy. I didn't know him before interviewing him and I'm not related to him either. He works out of the Keller Williams office in downtown Royal Oak. Give him a call!
