I have bought and sold six houses in my life. Through those experiences I have been able to identify what makes a good real estate sale / purchase experience and I’ve also experienced poor representation as well. That being said I feel that I have enough experience as a buyer and as a seller of real estate to know good service when I witness it. Patrick Ingrassia has been hands-down the absolute best real estate agent we have ever worked with! While it may sound cliché he genuinely cares about his customers and wants everyone to have a streamlined pleasant buying or selling experience. I know this because my husband and I purchased our home through Patrick and he later listed our rental property for sale and sold it much quicker than we had anticipated. He understands the ins and outs of the local Colorado Springs and Denver metro real estate climates better than anyone. He knows the intricacies of the buying and selling process. My favorite facet of his business acumen is his relatability to his clients like family. He will tell you honestly what he thinks and then go into detail to help you understand the variables of the real estate property market you’re interested in. No one has ever gone into such detail in any of our previous buying or selling experiences. Can not recommend Patrick enough
