Additionally, Patrick made himself available for numerous open houses both for other realtors and the public. His follow through was equally impressive in that he gave us real-time updates on his progress re the sale of the house. Patrick both sold our house and helped us buy our current house. His timing was excellent in this particularly tricky situation. His negotiation skills and his follow through in helping us receive permits, suggesting legal help, and navigating the specific local requirements were evident.
