Contracted for a new build, immediately my calls, texts and emails were rarely answered. Finally after several months of no progress in actually starting the building process and after defaulting on the contract I was offered for my deposit to be returned

I bought from Patrick approximately a year ago and it was honestly a nightmare from start to finish. There were many weak points a long the the way but they all stemmed from the fact that he refuses to communicate. Never again will I deal with this guy nor will any of my friends or family.

There were many weak points a long the the way but they all stemmed from the fact that he refuses to communicate properly or efficiently. Throughout the entire process if there was ever something that didn't go as planned (labor/supply shortages) he would avoid my calls/texts and just keep me out of the loop entirely. Rather than just being honest. I got to the point where I was having to call and text multiple times over the course of a few days before I would get a response. I really got the feeling that if you aren't buying a 500k house from him he's not going to put a lot of effort into the sale. I hate to give someone 1 star in every category but unfortunately it is very fitting for my experience. Never again will I deal with this guy nor will any of my friends or family.

This is our 20th deal with Patrick. He is a local who knows NWA inside and out. Patrick was one the only realtor we have ever worked with who has told us to walk away from deals because they didnt meet our needs. We have become financially independent thanks to him.
