When I was first starting the home-buying process I requested to view a house through Zillow and received masses of contacts from potential realtors. Patrick definitely stood out. He was professional, straightforward, not pushy, and nice. I was a first-time buyer and he was very helpful, informative, and patient throughout the whole process. His background in construction was also helpful in assessing the various structural components of the house--gave me additional confidence I was making a good investment and not buying a money pit. My budget was on the lower end, so I'm sure the houses he was viewing with me weren't the most exciting or awe-inspiring for him, but I never felt he treated my house search with less dedication or professionalism. At closing, he said to call him if I ever had any questions--very nice. All-in-all, I really enjoyed working with Patrick and would highly recommend him to others looking to buy a home.

I purchased a house a couple years ago near downtown but soon decided it was smaller than I needed. When I chose to sell I knew that I wanted an experienced agent, and I chose Patrick. He is extremely professional yet so very personable. He was easy to talk to and always available when I needed to speak with him. I had a couple nervous nights due to a few home inspection issues, but Patrick put me at ease and was able to get the sellers, and me, to agree on a couple stumbling blocks. Lucky for me, my house sold very quickly, but with Patrick's negotiation skills I was able to get much more than my asking price. I will recommend Patrick to anyone searching for a home or selling their own.

Patrick was my agent when I sold my home in the Old North End, and I wouldn't have chosen another agent to help me purchase my next home. He was professional, easy to get along with and very thorough in his explanations when going through the contract and home inspection. He was incredibly patient when my search stretched as far north as Monument to the northeast in Black Forest and many areas of Colorado Springs. He suggested that I look in the area where I ultimately ended up buying. He is very knowledgeable of the area and directed me to the place I now call home.
