Patrick Lowell

Patrick recently helped me to sell my condo in the Mission and then buy a new home in lower Pac Heights. From start to finish, Patrick was great to work with. Patrick's attention to detail and thoroughness throughout both the selling and buying process was outstanding. He made what can be a very complex and frustrating process feel straight forward and relatively stress free. During the Pac Heights purchase in particular, Patrick was a real advocate for me following issues that arose a day or two before the closing (a leak in the roof occurred during a rain storm). Patrick immediately assumed ownership of resolving the issue with the sellers agents and ultimately the sellers spent quite a bit of money patching and re-painting siding on the building. I can't recommend Patrick highly enough. His knowledge of the market was clear and he gave me great advice and assistance throughout during both transactions.

Patrick is simply the best! I know that if it wasn't for his deep knowledge of the market, ethical decision making, quick thinking, and solid professional relationships we wouldn't have gotten a house in SF. He left no stone unturned finding fantastic houses that were reachable. His negotiation skills were masterful to watch. He really knows when to push and how to close even the toughest deals (ours was no walk in the park). Working in the field for so long, he has a terrific reputation with other agents for being forthright, crazy smart, and fair minded-not to be underestimated for sure. Truly top notch!

Patrick is a joy to work with. He also provided an thorough knowledge of the entire Bay Area, and especially the areas in which we were interested. He is adept at presenting the pitfalls of some properties, and is able to cutting through the red tape when it is time to close - that's huge when it comes to San Francisco realty!

I don't write reviews...but for Patrick, I will break that streak. I cannot rave enough about him. He is THE BEST. Professional. Knowledgable. Quick. Organized. Awesome negotiator. Always know the right questions to ask. I've seen a lot of units on my own and have spoken to many different realtors but Patrick, without any hesitation, is the best out there. Patrick was referred to me by previous colleagues who also bought and sold through Patrick and everyone in that group could not rave enough about him. Truly, my review should count as 5 reviews b/c everyone in the group went through him. After my experience, I have to agree with them. Hands down. I was so lucky to have Patrick on my side through this whole experience. Patrick went above and beyond and trust me when I say, you want Patrick on your side.

Patrick doesn't mess around. I knew this on the day we met; the day he and I discussed what it would take to sell our home in San Francisco. There was a lot of work to be done on that beautiful house and I needed someone to guide me through the process. Patrick made sure that I understood every step of that process, dotting every I and crossing every T, doing everything he could to help me to achieve our goal. Patrick held up his end of the bargain which lead to the sale that exceeded our expectations and then some. If there was a box to mark that went beyond the 5 stars it would have been marked. Oh, and by the way, Patrick is a real "Good Man".

Patrick was extremely helpful throughout the entire buying process from start to closing. He was very knowledgable, professional and accommodating. It was a pleasure to work with Patrick and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
