Patrick has excellent customer service skills. He is sincerely invested in finding the right place for his clients. He cares for his clients by doing his research and pointing out features his clients may or may not like. When he represented us Patrick was looking down crawl spaces and looking at all appliances to get a full picture of the state of the property. Pat helped me sell my house and then buy my condo and a townhouse for my brother. I couldn't have been happier with him! He listened to what I wanted, gave his expert advice (and he has a lot, which kept me from going down the wrong path several times), responded quickly, kept track of all the dates and documents and walked me through every step of the process.What is normally a stressful process - especially since I was both selling and buying - was as easy as it possibly could have been. He went above and beyond (working with contractors, doing work himself) to get my house ready to sell. His knowledge of the market conditions and the neighborhoods ensured my house was listed for the right price and sold quickly. It also ensured that I didn't pay too much for the properties I bought. My home became a nightmare after I went under contract with Pat. It is a 60 yr old home and after the 1st inspection and 44 pages of items to fix I was beside myself. To top it off I was moving out of town with a date that I had to be at my new location. Over the years, I have worked with Pat from the time that he was a curly headed kid mortgage broker through his introduction into the real estate end of the business. He has always been trustworthy, reliable, and committed to providing stellar servicing to all his clients. Mr. Murray sold my downtown Denver condo after I moved back to the East Coast. Patrick was a huge help to me, since I was 2000 miles away, and went above and beyond in making the sale of my condo happen in a timely fashion. Most agents try to sell themselves at the first interview. Patrick focused on selling my property right from the start. His attention was primarily on how best to position my real estate uniquely for the market. Because of the preparation, my condo was sold in 4 days!

Patrick worked with us for over seven months to find our new home. We were limited by inventory and our own resources and even though the homes we viewed were widely scattered withing the metro area Patrick never once failed to do his best to make a showing available. My wife and I were first time homebuyers in the competitive and aggressive Denver housing market, and frankly knew very little about what factors to consider when buying your first home. Patrick listed my condo for a higher price than I expected, based on his market evaluation. He gave me a few recommendations on making my condo more presentable, and he did some light staging before having a professional photographer take photos. The condo sold in 2 days in the middle of winter. He also arranged for various contractors to remedy issues raised by the buyers. My overall experience was great, A very professional realtor, I would highly recommend him.
