Patrick was a delight to work with. He listened to what I wanted and found homes that made me excited to view. After narrowing everything down, I only opted to see one, and it was THE one. Working with Patrick was much easier and more fun than all the work I was doing on my own. I wish I would have found him sooner. I would love to work with him again, and would highly recommend him!

I was referred to Patrick from a co-worker. I actually had a few realtors assisting us in our move at first but Patrick was the one who stuck with us. We took a long time to find a property and Patrick was respectful of our decisions and needs. In the end, he was the one who got us a lower rental rate. Additionally, he stepped to the front in dealing with some realtors who were not very professionally and counseled us on how to deal with crazy demands. I would highly recommend him.

My husband and I met Patrick a few months ago when we were very casually shopping around to buy our first place together. Fast forward 4 months and many showings later, Patrick just helped us close on our Lincoln Park townhome. His patience, knowledge, professionalism, and drive are all what helped get us into our dream home. He was invaluable in helping us navigate through the process and I'd recommend him to anyone. Patrick did a great job helping my husband and I find a condo for our Chicago college student. He sent videos of the properties they toured and his assessments of the properties, areas, and value seemed spot on. Patrick was readily available whenever I had a question or needed his feedback.
