The eldest of four children born in Kingston, Jamaica. A South Florida resident since 1973. Completed my Master of Business Administration Degree at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Acquired my Real Estate License in 2001 and was quick to become a graduate of the Realtor Institute, earning a GRI designation (only 9% of all Realtors earn this designation). Went on to achieve and attain the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist - only 4% of all Realtors worldwide ever achieve this) and e-Pro designations; all NAR Certified Affiliations.
