Patrick Walker

I was born and raised in Seattle Washington; did elementary, high school and some college there. I obtained my Eagle Scout award at 16, and while growing up, became an avid skier, runner and outdoors guy. In 1972 I entered military service (US Navy) and was honorably discharged in 1978. I was employed by my family's heating oil business until it sold in 1990, and moved to Hillsboro, Oregon with my wife. In the early 1990's I worked as a contractor building homes, a residential mortgage loan officer, and in 1995 became an Oregon licensed Realtor. During the years since, and for a period of almost 8 years, I managed RE/MAX brokerage branches, supervising Realtors and their approximately 3,500 closed transactions with a sales volume of $1,000,000,000. (A Billion). I have been with SauCo Properties since 2015, and LOVE what I do... helping people buy and sell what matters most.
