Patsy Irvin

Experienced North and South Carolina Real Estate Broker. Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Studied abroad in Paris, she speaks fluent English, French, and Spanish her native language. Her career as a former Diplomat has equipped her with the tools necessary to provide excellent client care and strong negotiating skills. She has a unique ability to build relationships with her customers and everyone she comes in contact with. She is very involved with the community and serve in several Boards in Cleveland and Gaston County. She is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Carolina Federal Credit Union and has been since 2010. She was the NC Realtors Chair of the Diversity Committee in 2022, she is a Past Chair of the Diversity Committee at Gaston Association of Realtors.
