She then gave us extremely valuable advice about houses we were looking to buy, but also gave us the space to make our own decisions. She was meticulous with paperwork and making sure we were taking the proper steps with the negotiating and buying process. This was important because we were under contract with a house that we later decided had too many issues. We were able to drop the deal with the guidance and reassurance from Patti.
