John and his team made it easy and pain-free through the whole home buying process. They went above and beyond before, during and even after settlement. The home was not cleaned out as promised during our walkthrough, so John and his team fought to make it right so that we could still go to settlement that day. He also picked up some trash bags we had out by the curb and took care of an electrical issue that we also found during the walkthrough. The team was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and John's insight as a previous contractor helped us see the potential in our dream and get us a good deal on the house. They also simplify the paperwork process and help you all the way to the end, which is something that can be very stressful at times, but very easy with help from the entire team.
