- Patty listed and sold my home
Patty was great to work with from he beginning. Always very responsive even on weekends. I explained my needs in selling my home and she came back with comps and marketing to support a fair price. The house sold in 1 day and no issues. I would absolutely recommend her!
- Patty helped me buy a home
I say with the utmost confidence that Patty Jo Anzivone is the best realtor. Patty Jo goes above and beyond to make your home purchase more than a process, she makes is a life experience. Patty Jo was caring, sincere, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and worked relentlessly to ensure we purchased not just the best house, but the best home. Most important of all, Patty Jo is not just my realator, she has become a friend. When you decide what realtor to choose, it must be Patty Jo!
- Patty helped me buy a home
Patty was an absolute joy to deal with. Beyond the fact that she is extremely knowledgeable, she is a fun person to be around. Both her and her husband showed up on our moving day and helped us unload boxes. We have friends looking to move to the area and we have already made it clear, there is only one agent they should do business with.
Patty Jo is not just an amazing relator but an amazing person. She was so helpful through the whole home buying process. Even after closing on the home patty jo was still there to help us in anyway possible. I recommend her to anyone searching for a home and I will definitely only use patty jo if in the near future we decide to move again. She is amazing!
- Kunkletown, Stroudsburg, PAI truly can't say enough good things about Patty Jo! She did an amazing job for my husband and I not to mention numerous other family members that have used her. Patty Jo would respond quickly and provide us with the relevant information we needed in a way that was completely understood. She would meet us at the drop of a hat to show us any house and was truly a SAINT when dealing with our horrid mortgage banker. Patty Jo was able to help us make our home dream come true and we will always be grateful! She is a professional, pleasure to work with, and an overall joy in all aspects of interaction! You will not be disappointed!!!! Use her!!!!
