Patty Hamer

I grew up on a farm in Northern DeKalb county with a father who had been an officer in the Marines in WWII, 4 siblings and a mother who lovingly looked out for all of us. With this kind of environment, one learns how to work hard and not complain. I started listing and selling homes in the Sycamore, DeKalb, and surrounding areas in 1985 working for Bob Wildenradt . I know I was I was taught by the best. I feel that the values that were instilled in me as a child, of honesty, integrity, and willingness to work hard, coupled with a real desire to help people is what has made me a successful top realtor today. I have won numerous awards over the years including the Osgood award and various sales awards. I am an avid Dave Ramsey fan. I specialize in First Time Buyers, Seniors, Foreclosures, Short Sales, Country Homes, Townhomes. I cover most of Northern DeKalb County including Sycamore, DeKalb, Genoa and into Boone, Ogle, and Kane Counties.
