Patty is an absolutely fantastic agent! Patty helped us buy (and later, sell) our first home, in the SIlver Lake area. We have since moved from Washington state, and have dealt with other agents since then, but no one has matched Patty in knowledge of the area, expertise about negotiations in buying and selling, and attentiveness to what we needed. Worth double her weight in gold!
