Paul is a great person to work with. He has a fun personality. His knowledge of the market helped to set a selling price that brought in prospective buyers. He really worked to get a quick sale and he negotiated for us extremely well.

I interviewed 5 agents when I put my house up for sale, only one, Paul Ambrogio, arrived without preconceived market analysis. The other 4 came in with their suggested asking price and marketing plan in hand upon arrival, they did not even look through my house. Paul did a fine job bringing in prospective buyers in an otherwise bleak market. Got our house under contract before other similar homes. His knowledge of local market was an asset and always was able to answer my questions. Coordinated open houses with other neighborhood listings to bring in a larger crowd. We were first-time sellers and he helped us through the process.
