We first met Paul when he was recommended to us from a family member when we were looking to purchase a home. We were impressed with his diligence, knowledge, and guidance. He was always readily accessible and answered emails and phone calls quickly. We were very pleased with the home we purchased and it met all our needs - Paul understood what we were looking for and helped us locate a home that was a good fit for us.When the time came to list our home, there was no question that we were going to call Paul. He helped us stage our house, gave us recommendations to make it appealing for buyers, and had a professional photographer come out to take photos. Paul was our Realtor for both a home sale and home purchase.Our sale was negotiated within two days of listing. We received multiple offers well-over asking price. We were extremely pleased with the final sale price of the home. Paul also helped us with the purchase of our new home, a bank-owned property. His tips in navigating the extremely difficult process were invaluable, especially since we were using a VA loan. To describe our experience with Paul I guess we should start with the way we found him was a Realtor search for the top Realtors in the county and just by luck on Zillow we contacted Paul. We were advised from a freind to talk to a few realtors and see who you think will work with you the best and get a good feeling from. We did and lets just say that when Paul came out to see our property he was the perfect fit. What set him apart was that he made the process so easy making things that we thought were improbable, possible. He was always there to answer questions, always there to support us.
