Paul Bishop

I moved to Colorado from England, where I was born and spent my early years. I came for a visit to America in 1982. What was intended to be a long holiday, turned into the rest of my life. I started my working career here in the States by managing numerous restaurants, which required a strong dedication to Customer Service. A skill I brought to the Real Estate business in January of 2000. My formula for identifying client needs, and relentlessly working to meet them, has been my simple secret to success. In 2004, I had the opportunity to become an owner in the business. It has been very rewarding to be a mentor and entrepreneur. I specialize in most every aspect of real estate service: I work with Buyers and Sellers. I work with Investors and First-Time Home Buyers. I own numerous rental properties, and provide Property Management services as well. I work to facilitate transactions in Short Sale and those that are Bank Owned. I have sold custom New Build homes and Turn of Century, Historic homes.
