When my wife and I moved back to Denver two years ago, I asked my bank for a recommendation for a realtor to work with us. They recommended Paul Brunger. Talk about great luck! Ive worked with MANY realtors over the course of my long career in residential construction in Denver and in northern California, and many I still consider friends. I consider Paul the best Ive ever worked with. First of all, I am certain he is someone I can trust. When he tells me something Ive always found it to be true. Second, I know construction and real estate, and I found in Paul someone who is also very knowledgeable of those fields. I would call him an expert. Third, he is thorough. Before he showed us any property he thoroughly researched it so as not to waste our time. The properties he showed us were always something we could be interested in. When it came time to list a rental property we had just renovated near Cheesman Park we turned to Paul to list it. The listing immediately went into Multilist, and he put together an outstanding marketing brochure. To make a long story short, we closed on it in a short time, we got a price we were very happy with, and the closing was a joy. I strongly recommend Paul Brunger to anyone who wants to work with an honest, hardworking professional.
