This guy is great. Sold two homes in less than a week, for more money than we thought possible. Helped with every detail, found cheap cleaning and handy man when needed and took care of every detail, even spotted us money to order or pay for stuff necessary for the process. Trusting us to send him a check, etc. Good guy too, and knowledgeable.

Paul is a real professional. We employed him to sell our parents home after our father passed and mother moved into assisted living. We knew going in that it would not be an easy sale. We expected that it would take up to one year to sell the property but because of Paul's marketing strategy and tireless efforts, we were under contract in less than three months. Paul worked hard to help prepare and stage the home for sale, coordinated several major and numerous minor repair projects and managed the entire processes including the installation of a new septic system and well treatment from start to finish.
