Paul has a gift at connecting with people with ease. He communicated clearly and handled all the negotiations with the upmost professionalism. He listed and sold our house in 3 days! He made the listing, selling, and closing process so easy! We will definitely use Paul again if we buy or sell any time soon.

I would reccomend Paul to anyone! He was encouraging during this insane market, prompt, honest when we needed it and supportive. Our house went on the market while Paul was on vacation with his family. He made sure someone was there to show it for us and had our offer written and submitted within the day while on vacation! He was willing to drop whatever he was doing to make sure we were able to see houses we liked. He was patient. He talked us through our offers and made sure we were submitting strong offers within our comfort zone. We loved working with Paul and are so thankful for all he did to get us into our new home!
