paul is an exceptional realtor. he got me a beautiful home in bay park for alot less than it was worth in a really difficult market. he got me through all the disappointing times of being out bid on houses, but in the end my new home is the nicest out of all of them. paul made my first home buying experience very easy and i would recommend him to anyone and i have several times.

A year ago I made a major move from NJ to CA. Paul is a friend of my son, but most of all he is an expert realtor, who knows the market well and is considerate of his buyer's wants and needs. Paul set up a website for me, focusing on the type of home I preferred, best price range, etc. I had only 4 days to come out see the houses in person, and Paul had it all set up for me to tour the homes. In 4 days I saw 30 houses, made an offer on my favorite that was accepted. Working with Paul to closing, even with the distance of miles, CA/NJ, was an easier/smooth process than selling my house in NJ. Paul even helped me find a great kennel for my dog the first week of my move. Paul is the best!
