Paul was professional at all times, thorough, and patient. He was a problem solver and answered almost all of our questions. He knows the community through and through. We liked him and would highly recommend him.

Paul was very helpful with our move to Venice. We needed to sell our place in Bonita Springs before we could buy in Venice. Paul stayed in touch, without being pushy, keeping us aware of homes that might interest us. We got an offer on our place in Bonita Springs and they wanted a quick closing, so we had to move fast at the last minute to find a house in Venice. Paul returned my phone call immediately on Christmas eve and met with us the next day to show us homes in Venice. We quickly found our dream home in Venice and Paul coordinated the 2 sales beautifully. We're very happy in our new home.

We began looking a year before our move, and Paul was so patient and understanding with us. He sent me daily emails of new listings and stayed with us until we found exactly what we wanted. He was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with ! We will use him again when we move my Dad down to Florida!

I sold my home and also bought a condo through Paul and his wife Becky. My home was sold in two days and they found me a great condo. I am very happy with their services and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Our experience with Paul was extremely positive. He was patient with us we did our research for a winter getaway. Paul worked diligently for over a year to help find us the perfect place. On more than one occasion his advise was valuable and helped us through what we would call an adventure. We always felt he kept our interest in mind and was accommodating in every way.

We met Paul Heim and his wife Becky when they were holding an open house on a property that we came to see. We didn't have a realtor and we figured out pretty quickly that in order to access many of the gated communities, we need the support of a real estate professional. We're fortunate we met both Paul and Becky as they did an awesome job for us! Paul was extremely patient with us throughout the new home buying process. We were unsure about the commute distance from our potential residence to our workplaces, so we scoured the market from Bradenton to North Port and in the process, viewed more than 60 homes. It was a very time-consuming process but Paul and Becky both worked with us and were very accommodating, thorough and understanding. There were a few times and situations where my husband and I were ready to just give up and walk away, but Paul's advice and encouragement kept us in the game until we found the ultimate property and were ready to make a commitment. He and Becky both were also very responsive and excellent communicators. We appreciated Paul's experience, advice and insight, along with his willingness to share his expertise. We've bought and sold many homes in our lives and this was one of the more challenging due to marketplace conditions and inventory. It was great to have a real pro working in our behalf, from the time we engaged until the closing. We always felt they had our best interests at heart and were willing to assist in any way possible. We are now settling in to our new home and totally loving it! No doubt that Paul and Becky helped to make this possible. We highly recommend them, not just for the care and concern they demonstrate, but for their integrity.

Paul Heim has worked with us from April 2016 to present. He did an excellent job. Since we live out of state he helped us by sending magazines, maps & brochures. He helped in every step of the way. We communicated by email, text and phone. I would highly recommend Paul's services. He is friendly and kind and knows how to get the job done. He took us to several places when we visited in September and we couldn't have done it without him. From beginning to closing Paul was there for us. He is very trustworthy and I would recommend my friends and family to him should they decide to move over to join us!

Paul's professionalism along with honesty was five star. When a situation did arise when it appeared I could have been misled or taken advantage of he was right at my back behind me all the way. Even if it meant the sale would not go through. I personally do not believe I could have had someone better. One of the best things that came out of my purchasing a new home was to have met knew friends with Paul and his wife Becky. They are terrific!

This was an unusual situation. Paul went the extra mile to get this sale completed for us. Quickly responded to all of our questions and helped get the sale done quickly. A very professional realtor. Would recommend him to anyone.

Paul was always very patient, as we asked him to show us a number of homes before making our final decision. Paul was helpful when going through the closing process. He went beyond what is expected even after we closed on our home. We not only found a great realtor, we have made a friend!

Paul, is an excellent sales professional, who is honest, hard working and very concerned about taking care of the customer. He and his wife Becky, helped us thru the sales process to include market analysis, pricing, staging, preparing for showings and closing the deal. My wife Emilia and I are very pleased to have worked with Paul. We have referred him to another couple in our condo community and they also listed with Paul and he sold that one too. We moved from Venice, however we are planning to vacation there in November, and we will see Paul and his wife. I would definitely enlist his services again, should the need arise.
