Paul's well-rounded expertise in all that pertains to home buying (building permits, renovations, home repairs, etc.) was invaluable to me. I don't think there were many questions he couldn't answer - and believe me, I had a lot of them!

Paul is such a wonderful person. He's honest and sincere about the houses he shows. The best thing about Paul is he will work around you and is always available to answer questions and readily available ANYTIME, day or night. I will use him again, and will recommend him with very high regards.

When it came to finding the house, Paul was honest, courteous, and professional. For each home we looked at, Paul gave us advise about the pros and cons -- structure, taxes, age, size, etc. With his knowledge of home building, Paul checked out and informed us of potential problems or benefits. He was never pushy. Once we picked a house, Paul stayed on top of the buying processing; we were very happy with his work. The one thing that impressed me most about your services was your flexibility & commitment with viewing houses with my hectic schedule of working two jobs. It was not always an easy task but you were always thorough with the walk through/inspection & always maintained a pleasant & positive attitude with scheduling/visiting sometimes more than 15 houses in one day!
