I recently purchased a home in Heritage Harbour, Annapolis. I was so impressed with Paul that I asked him to sell my home in Columbia. If I could give more stars on this review I would. As a recent widow it was difficult for me to sell and move but Paul made the transition as easy as possible. He listened to all my needs when showing me homes. He is very responsive to any questions and very proactive. During both closings he was extremely helpful representing me as a seller and a buyer. If you want to purchase or sell your home you will be pleased with Paul Russell as your agent!

I cannot say enough about the professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and care Paul Russell displayed in the purchase of our first home. Paul answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We had an issue with the survey of the land and Paul resolved the issue for us! Paul truly had our best interest throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him!!

As first time home buyers, the experience can be nerve wracking. Paul made the process smooth sailing! He was with us every step of the way, from the research phase, all the way to close. He prioritized our 'nice to haves' just as much as our 'needs' in a house. He effortlessly handled all coordination of walk throughs, communication between the home owners/seller, as well as the vendors for home inspection, and title companies for closing, etc. (He even coordinated a surprise engagement with my now fianc for the first time we walked in to our new house - if that is not trustworthy, I don't know what is!)It was amazing to have a realtor as dedicated to finding our dream home as we were.
