We first knew Paul and his lovely family as neighbors. He's the kind of guy who shows up to help when you're having a problem with your car, so when it was time for us to start seriously shopping for a new home we knew that we wanted him to be our realtor. Paul took the time to understand what it was that we really wanted out of our new home and he juggled lots of last-minute issues for us so that we wouldn't miss out on a property in this high-paced market. He was also keen to guide us through all of the legalities that we weren't familiar with. We definitely recommend him to anyone interested in Portland-area properties.

Paul was on target from start to finish in helping us find and move into a home that met our criteria. He arranged showings and did research when needed to get any information we requested. Paul quickly put me at ease with his local knowledge and resourcefulness. We found the right home in the right neighborhood at the right price. Actually, it was better than the right price- by about 9%. Plus he negotiated all the repairs be included. With the money we saved, I was able to increase my remodel budget. Paul is the best realtor someone can ask for. He genuinely gets to know you as a client and assists you in finding your perfect home. Although we had a tough time closing, Paul saw us through the process and got us the home of our dreams.

Paul is an excellent Real Estate Professional. When I listed my house with Paul, it was still being leased - He went above and beyond when having to deal with the property management company and my tenants. He handled everything! I am also out of state which could have been a problem, but again Paul went above and beyond and I never had to worry about anything or feel that I needed to fly out to Portland to deal with things.
