Paul Schwiesow

Paul has been a licensed Realtor for 15 years. After graduating from Miami University (the Richard T. Farmer School Of Business - majoring in Marketing) he immediately pursued his passion for real estate. As a second generation Realtor (his mother Nancy was licensed for over 35 years) he immediately became licensed. Shortly after, he was nominated by his peers in the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors as "Rookie of the Year” in a statewide competition. He quickly became a top producing Agent (over $20,000,000 in sales in a year) and received prestigious top awards from his company (Platinum Club and Master’s Club). He even was a Washingtonian Magazine Best Realtor and Top Producer in 2016. Since 2004, Paul has been able to help his clients (both buyers and sellers) succeed and reach their goals in many different markets. Paul's goal and mission statement is to make every client feel like they are his only client. He also strives to exceed expectations from start to finish.
