His expertise of the area was extremely helpful when putting the condo on the market.. As out-of-towners it was important for us to have someone that could stay on top of things and he did. When it was time for the closing he did a great job making sure that all details were covered. What could have been a stressful situation for us turned out to be easy. We really appreciated all his help. We highly recommend him!

Helped us with with a permit expeditor to get items closed out with the city; He is friendly, informed about the market and how things are done, and was great about working around our schedules.
