This was my third transaction using Paul and as always, the process was smooth. I understood every step of the process and Paul stayed on top of things to make sure things kept moving. Totally pleased with the level of service I received and will hire him again for my next sale and purchase!

Paul did a great job marketing and selling our house. He was very responsive to us and a great resource considering this was our first home sale! He did a great job working with the buyer's agent to close the sale for us.

Paul Stalker is very responsible agent who works with you as if he is a part of your own family. He is very responsive to the phone calls, text messages and emails that I sent him. He gives you good and fair advice in term of putting a contract on a house. He shows houses very patiently until it is your dream house. He is always happy and has a big smile on his face to answer any question you have. Many times we have asked him to wait for longer time at the house because we asked other family member to come and see the house in order to help us make the decision final decision. Paul has always listened to our requests and fulfilled our requests very happily. Paul is part of our family now. We worked with Paul to both buy our new home and sell the home we were living in all at the same time. Having grown up in Howard County Paul has extensive knowledge of not only Howard but the surrounding counties as well. Paul is a very accessible agent, he made great use of his connections and knowledge to help us not only find us our perfect home but submit the offer that was within our means and reasonable to the seller.
