Paula Burlison

Paula has been so important in helping me with my real estate transactions, both with my permanent home and with my rental property. She really does know the market and helped me through the entire process. If you are lucky enough to work with Paula you'll come to appreciate the amazing service she provides to her clients. A+ all the way!!

We have bought and sold homes with Paula and we can say you wont find a better Realtor in Vegas. She knows her stuff and gets things done. Each time she went above and beyond to make the impossible possible and get us exactly what we wanted. I cant imagine doing any real estate transactions without her by our side.

Paula took care of everything.... cleaning... staging....and helped us set the good price! We sold our house within three months! She is a professional salesperson! She is amazing!

Paula is the ONLY Real Estate Agent I recommend in Las Vegas! We've had the privilege of working with her for two transactions now and I can honestly say there are few Agents in the Valley with Paula's level of experience, integrity, and knowledge. We often said throughout our transaction that we felt as though we were in the hands of a great TEAM! Paula has assembled a cast of experts who are the best at what they do in each phase of the home buying and selling process each with their area of expertise and all committed to SERVICE in their respective tasks. You cannot go wrong with Paula on your side!

Paula is purely AMAZING!! My family and I love her so much! In the past 7 years, Paula has helped us purchase two homes and sell one and there just wouldnt be any other realtor that I would go to and she compares to no one!! She has so much experience and expertise in what she does, and she has all the rights to be confident in her work because she keeps her word!! She told me she could sell my home fast. And hey it sold in just 3 days! 2 out of 3 potential buyers that came to see the home made an offer in less than ONE week! This woman works! She will send anyone to your home to make it absolutely spectacular for a sell. She has done so much for me and my family! She looks out for us and stands behind us always and does what she can to make us happy with our purchase! We had a slightly tough fight for our new home with other offers, but it wasnt tough enough for Paula! We won at the end because of her knowledge and her plan. She does everything in fairness and she works so hard in the background that it looks so blissfully sweet on our side. Thank you so much Paula I can go on and on we love you so much and we are so happy because of you!!

Paula went the extra mile to help me and my family sell our home in Las Vegas while we lived out of state. She facilitated all the repairs and upgrades very quickly. The process was painless for us.

Ms. Paula Burlison was our realtor in November 2014. Her services were exceptional. My Mom passed away, so we needed someone to sell Moms home in MacDonald Ranch. Ms. Paula made all of the suggestions to make the home presentable. She suggested that the interior be painted, and the carpet removed from the one bedroom to match the wood that was in the remaining part of the home. The improvements were absolutely beautiful. We were able to close on the house in January. That was such a blessing. Ms. Paula is a wealth of knowledge, and she knows what pricing will attract buyers. Additionally, Ms. Paula is very easy to get along with, and she has her clients best interests at heart. I would highly recommend Ms. Paula Burlison to anyone I know of that needs realtor services.

Dear PaulaThank you for the outstanding job you and your team did in selling my home. Your recommendations in staging and presentation made my home very marketable, and your office and field staff were top notch. The replacement carpeting is of excellent quality, and your team transformed my house in a single weekend outside and inside. My house definitely has better curb appeal which attracted qualified buyers. If you ever need a reference, please do not hesitate to contact me.
