Hello! We were looking for a home and Mrs. Farace was highly recommended to us. Let me begin to tell you how glad my husband and I were to have her, as our agent. She is by far an outstanding person who cares about people. She tries so hard to make your experience a good one. This is my 3rd transaction with Paula Farace. Who is RE/MAX agent. For those of you who dont know RE/MAX is the elite of the elite. None of these mom and pop organizations can compare to the knowledge that RE/MAX agents have. My house needed a lot of tlc. I lived in AZ and moved to NJ. So while I was gone it was rented and tenants turned my house into a disaster. She put me at ease and met with painters, a flooring crew, and a carpet company. She coordinated the entire house by choosing all the tile, carpeting and paint. Sent me samples and swatches without a blink. I have owned 6 homes and have been around the block a few times. She is the best and most knowledgeable agent I have ever met. You will be impressed within the first 30 minutes. One detail that cannot go unnoticed is she always picks up her phone or will send a text She doesnt have 6 trainees under taking over. Most agents go to the listing and then they pass you on to who is available.That just does not work for me. Thank you Paula once again

I recently short saled my house and Paula Farace was my ageent. She was great from the very first time I met her. She did everything she said she was going to and when she said. I believe my short sale took about 9 months so I am sure it was a real headache for her especially having to deal with the bank who owned my loan. It was a very intesting experience to say the least I didn't really think it would ever be finalized I never heard of anyone whos short sale even went through. Everyone I talked to would go through the whole process and right at the end something always happened. Not mine. Paula Farace will go above and beyond if she is your agent and if she tells you something she will do everything in her control to make to make it happen.I lived in my house for 32 months with no payment and after all was said and done I even received money from the lender to help with my moving costs. This is totally unheard of and I will give the credit to Paula because without her none of this would have happened, I would of lost my house due to foreclosure and I have no idea how my family and I would have even moved. There are honest hardworking people out there who mean well and Paula Farace is one of them I would highly recommend her, and would most definitely use her in the future.

Paula treated my children and I like family. She went out of her to make the sale of our home as painless as possible, communicating regularly, working herself to the bone at times, and going well beyond the call of duty to serve us as home sellers. Throughout this process, Paula also took steps to help us find a new home that would allow us to keep our precious older dog, who was such a huge part of our family. I cannot describe the knowledge that Paula Farace has, We have been in anthem for 11 years and we have purchased multiple homes from her. We have used Paula for every transaction we have ever had in real estate for the last 11 years. Every time is sheer perfection. This isn't my first "Rodeo as Paula " would say! I have lived in Arizona for about 13 years. I met Paula as a Tenant looking for a rental. I have to say as a tenant and a buyer as then as a seller, she has been as eager to help as a tenant to a FHA buyer, regardless of the return. She has exceeded my expectations over and over again. He biggest strengths has to be her ability to price a home and hit it right on the head. Over the years she has been a listening ear and a problem solver. Coming up with a plan that fits me and my families needs come natural to her. Home buying and selling is so stressful. She has said " leave the stress to me" so I did. The best of the best. I have referred her to everyone I know. Last but not least I went from a tenant to a buyer only because she understands how to build credit and she assisted me from start to finish.
